If you have a question about a product, see if your question has already been answered here.

Due to the digital nature of our products, we don’t accept returns. However, if there’s a problem, we’ll gladly work with you to fix it right away. We do offer a 14-day return on all physical products, however.

We currently accept payments through Paypal. You can use any credit or debit card, and you don’t have to have a Paypal account. If you prefer a different payment method, just contact us and we’ll accommodate you.

All our digital products are available for immediate download. For physical products, delivery information is included in the item’s description page.

You will get a payment receipt via email, and you’ll also receive a download link. Physical products will be shipped within 1 business day unless the product description says otherwise.

Yes, you will receive an email receipt from Expressive Essence and also one from Paypal.
